I’m Sarah Daly- teacher, speaker, and creator of the Calm + Creative Method.

For years I’ve worked with women who appear strong, capable and successful on the outside, but feel anxious, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside.

My work is known for being:

The Calm + Creative Experience:

A 4-week small group journey

The intimate group experience is designed for women 40+ who want:

  • Less anxiety and nervous tension

  • Better sleep and digestion

  • Emotional relief without re-traumatizing

  • A deeper connection to themselves

  • Tools they can use for life

  • Weekly 75-minute live sessions

  • Small group (10-15 women)
